I grew up enjoying the most magical celebrations with my family. Every birthday party was filled with laughter, beautiful flowers and delicious home cooked food that my mum and grandma cooked for all of us.
After a terrible loss of a loved one my family fell apart and the happy celebrations as I knew them were no more. From that point on, I started to find my own ways to create happy moments for myself and other people around me. Today that is my full time job.
As your wedding planner I form a uniquely designed wedding experience for you by really getting to know you, by exploring what you love to do and what excites you. My ambition is to make you feel inspired and safe as I guide you through the planning process as a kind, honest, creative and super organized companion.
I have become an expert at creating weddings that evoke and delight all of the senses. As my clients' top priorities usually are the guest experience, personalized, beautiful decor and floral, amazing entertainment, and high quality food, wine and cocktails.

THE VENUE
Creation of wedding budget estimation and updating of the budget spreadsheet during the planning process. Linnéa will keep track of all costs and present the best solutions for your budget.

Creation of your wedding day timeline (time for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and party).
WEDDING DAY TIMELINE
Linnéa will find and present vendors that suit your location, style and budget. She will handle contract reviewing, negotiation and the booking of all vendors for your wedding day. Linnéa will also take care of all the communication and coordination of the wedding vendors during the planning process.
FINDING & BOOKING VENDORS
Design meeting with Linnéa to brainstorm idéas. This meeting will be followed by a presentation of 3 customized mood boards that are based on your style vision, for you to choose from.
WEDDING DESIGN MOODBOARDS
Linnéa will find candle holders, rentals etc needed for your wedding concept. She will closely collaborate with all the visual vendors such as stationery designer, cake creator, tent company etc so that everyone creates with your wedding design vision in focus.
CREATION OF YOUR WEDDING DESIGN
Meeting with Linnéa where you will be presented with a design pdf with reception layout in 2D and reference photos and descriptions for all design elements for your wedding day. From the wedding invitation to the reception decor and everything in between.
PRESENTATION OF YOUR WEDDING DESIGN
Linnéa will purchase and store all props such as candles, fabrics, candle holders etc for your wedding day and bring these to the event. She will deal with all the booking of rentals needed for your wedding.
COORDINATION OF RENTALS & PROPS
Linnéa will create detailed day of schedules for you and your wedding vendors and send these out to everyone. She will also organize other documents needed such as the final guest list including allergies and dietary restrictions for the venue/ catering, the group photo list etc.
WEDDING DAY DOCUMENTS
A preparation meeting with your toastmaster will be held to go through speech lists and schedules. Finally a last phone call will be made to all vendors the week before your wedding day to make sure that they have everything they need.
TOASTMASTER & FINAL VENDOR CALLS
Linnéa and her assistant coordinator will make sure that everything stays on schedule and will deal with any issues that may occur on your wedding day.

Planning process
You will get a preliminary quote that is adjusted to your wedding upon request.
When your contract is signed and your first planning invoice is paid, the booking process is complete.
After booking, we schedule our first planning meeting. We will meet via video call on Zoom or if possible face to face. During our meeting, I will show you the planning system that we will work from and then we will talk through everything about your wedding, category by category.
After the meeting, your planning checklist is created. It will show you what will happen and what you need to do each month until your wedding day.
While I look for wedding venues you will create your guest list. When this is done, I will continue working on your budget estimation and when it is confirmed it is time for a venue visit.
We start with spending a day or two at your venue to brainstorm and figure out where you want your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

vendors and start to order and purchase the things needed, such as candles, fabrics and so on.
While I take care of all the logistics you will be enjoying food tastings of your wedding menu, trying on wedding dresses, creating your ceremony program, putting together your party song list and other fun things.
A month or so before your wedding day I will start finalizing the wedding day schedules and have a meeting with your toast person to go through the speeches and the days program. A final call to all involved vendors will be made to make sure everything is in order for your big celebration.
I will arrive the day before the wedding together with my team to check that everything is as it should be. On the wedding day, we are on site from morning to evening. Handling everything for you so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. Drink champagne, get styled and socialize with your loved ones without having to think about keeping schedules or solving the problems that might arise during your wedding.
We take our time looking for beautiful details, feeling the atmosphere of the place and its colors. Back at the office I will create moodboard suggestions for you to review and start working on your wedding day timeline.
After you have chosen your wedding design moodboard I will start presenting vendors for you, one category at a time so that there are no confusion. Each vendor will be thoughtfully considered to suit your style and budget. Before I present a vendor to you I have gone through their contract and negotiated prices with them. I will also help you through the booking process of each vendor and handle all the communication.
When your key vendors are booked I will start creating your wedding design proposal based on the mood board that you chose.
I will work closely with other visual vendors such as the invitation designer and cake artist and create a stunning document presenting your unique wedding concept. From the wedding invitation, to the ceremony decor, flower arrangements. Everything. When the wedding design is confirmed by you I will continue booking
